Refund policy

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, you are entitled to a full refund, as long as you contact us at Contact@DefWishCast.com.au immediately, with description of damage & photographic evidence of damage.
The damaged item/s must be returned within 14 days, at your own expense and 'Def Wish Cast' is not responsible for any lost returns, so it is recommended that you supply a tracking code. We are unable to issue a refund without proof of receipt, that it has been sent for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
